my lil vespa

How is everyone? how's your cny's celebration? mine is great. and i treasure the warm company of esp hubby & my kiddos..all loved ones and close friends. Will be sharing more photos on dat later ;)

Here's a lil wooden vespa i got from my previous trip to bintan lagoon. decided to alter it as a birthday gift to Deyna,my goddaughter.Hope she will lurve it as much as im in lurve wif it ;)

Using mainly all the beautiful materials from Webster's Pages. I have been addicted to love, and more & more scrapping since the day the gorgeous products from WP arrived. and hey,you gals should check out the inspireMe gallery here, im amazed with all the talents ;)

Hello beautiful

I am totally in love with Webster's Pages "hello beautiful".Seldom do i use a pattern paper as the background without much cutouts.I am so glad hello beautiful allows me to,and it says so much on the page for me.;) A photo taken with my number 5 and number 6 sisters.We took the effort to have our photo taken at a studio @ my hometown.These young sisters of mine love the prom look and me,i just stick to my simple hairdo lol.this photo brings back so much memory for shortly after we collected the photos,our pa left us.It was so sudden,we miss him so much.So the more i pray that we'll be bonded in many ways through the legacy that pa left us.

Buzz and Bloom

oooo im so excited...my page is up at Buzz and Bloom ;)

"Hi, I am Jaz Lee from Singapore.I am very honoured and excited to be part of Buzz and Bloom 2009 Design Team. Had so much fun creating this page of mine.The fantastic stuffs from Buzz and Bloom will have you floating on air with delight! Over this page of mine,I used CB Arboretum: retro vine.I cut them up and used them as a frame around my photo and as the circled frame. My photograpgh is adhered onto the a page of the album chipboard from CB Tabbed Book Kit:Princess Sparkle.The edges are sanded and i used "chocolate" Brilliance Ink to distress it. I am also using the little chipboard crown from CB Tabbed Book Kit: Princess Sparkle.I painted it white with Sakura white acrylic paint then ink it red.The journal tab is also from CB Tabbed Book Kit:Princess Sparkle.I inked and then glittered it.I adhere a lilttle crystal in the middle. The title "JAZ" is fromCB diva alphabet: mini. I inked them red. I use cutouts from pattern paper to embellish the page. Not forgetting,I used the awesome CST Ruby's Garden to layer the flower cutouts. I hope you will have fun creating your page,as much as I have ;) "

And herez a page i did.Yes,i know i don't do much of boy's pages.But somehow using the gorgoeus Hello Beautiful line from Webster's Pages,i managed to get the result i somehow wanted lol.Have always wanted to scrap these precious photos of lil skyler's first few steps where he was still struggling to balance himself.He had so much fun with simon and they were both just beaming with smiles ;) tfl!

I hope these photos of the layout look good.I always have to make the effort to bring faith and lil skyler down to the poolside to have the photos of my work taken. and then while busy capturing these photos,i have to go about saying "no,please don't throw the stones into the pool".."no,please don't wet your shirt"..."no,please don't jump into the pool!!!!!!" etc etc..LOL!!

Am still busy coping with the kids's new schedule especially kai with his extra classes for Basketball,Higher Chinese and swimming and wushu..all in the new time slots!! So much so that now im still confused on what time im expecting him to step home.lol! Im breathless but coping. Lil sky is down with fever now but prayfully this lil dynamite will be up and running soon ;)

Happy to scrap

Sharing a page that i did for my twin.A simple page for her.and no,she did not just got married lol!.this photo is 12 years old ;) She's pretty happy with this gift and that makes my heart smile ;)

Herez a sneak peek i did for my DT Challenge that i will be hosting at inspireMe in Feb.Webster's Pages have done it again with their elegant "Hello Beautiful". .Awww so love the range ;) It definitely will get your creative juices flowing!and So hoping to see you gals here for the challenge.

Herez my lil skyler sharing the big excitement with me!!This huge box with my DT stuffs came from Webster's Pages.The goodies are so yummy you could eat them! Everything inside it definitely tempt my scrapping side! I can't thank Terri and Brandin enuf!

and so herez my sharing..so many of you have asked me where do i get my inspiration from or rather how my creative process come about. From young,i have always loved art,every detail of it. And i love good photos or photos that carry many important messages and memories. I print them out and put them aside first. When i think of a sketch to work with,I will choose which photos will best suit the sketch and to convey the message the best way it can.

and from young,i have loved vintage stufs.my dad used to collect them too when he was still around.i like to use them in my artwork and find ways to document them.Of course, the very true inspirations come from my children.everypage is about their story and if i can plus that with a touch of artistic feel..hmm..that's a perfect page for me ;)

This is a page i did for a challenge at inspireMe hosted by the uber tallented Annabelle O'Maley. i am so glad for this challenge for i finally sat down few days back and thought hard what i really want for this new year ..and not to be the same old me in certain ways lol!!!. I have been feeling so stressed with extra one kid in school Gosh!!! and itz only the 3rd day today LOL!!! Okay,i just wanna let loose,let go quite a bit and let God.I want to trust Him to bring me through 2009 ....hmm...This page really mean so much to me. thank you for looking.

I just got home from school.Faith found a new friend in Nathan,the lil bubbly boy that sits next to her in class.but i think they won't be able to sit next to each other for long..for they seems to be always 'in conversation'...keke...

I hope everyone is coping well with your kiddos back to school.And with everything else.

So itz back to school for us here in Singapore.How busy right.I've gotta put on my supermommy cape these few days, especially to wake up at 5.45am GOSH!!!i thought that was history!

But thankfully, both Kai and Faith are coping great. Faith is enjoying her P1.She got picked on the first day, as the tidiest in class.er-herm...i did her hair you see lol ;) And we just learnt that she did well for her ballet,so she got to skip and gone one level higher without the exam.

Kai had some good news.He's in his DREAM basketball team in school!and is in his 3rd Grade for Wushu. i thank God for all these to start our new year. "Not by might nor by power but by His spirit" Amen.
