FROM WEBSTER's PAGES BLOG.....
At Webster's Pages, this Spring, we have LOADS of surprises in store for you! Today, we have a project from Designer Jaz Lee Soo Hui that looks like it came straight from the pages of a fairy tale!
Together with her daughter, Jaz made these beautifully crafted decorative eggs, perfect as a gift or decoration for any occasion....(not to mention, perfect for Easter, too!)
Aren't these decorative eggs AMAZING!? To make them, Jaz and her daughter first emptied, rinsed and dried the egg shells.
Then, they painted them with white gesso and wrapped them with Webster’s Pages lace trim. After that, they decorated the lace wrapped eggs with bling, charms, pearl strings, and flower cutouts.
Finally…check out the presentation! {WOW} They decorated a white birdcage with cutouts from Modern Romance and New Beginnings, and a cutout of the word, “Love,” from the Webster’s In Love collection.
The finishing touch? A nest made of shredded old storybook papers for the eggs to rest in. We are in LOVE with the whimsical way Jaz makes her projects come to life. This one is simply BEAUTIFUL!
We even see one of our favorite dimensional embellishments in the background...Best Friends Princess Petals, the perfect addition to every fairy tale...aren't they pretty!?
Webster's Pages is OVERFLOWING with products that will set your mind soaring and make every project a fanciful delight! Which ones would you LOVE to add to your list? Stop by our website and check out our new collections...all items are shipping now and we would love to send some your way!
